they laid on the floor and they thought 'this is great
we have de whole living room, carpet and floor
to sleep on 'n play on - so much to explore' !
the cat was not happy, on couch she did climb
she thought all those pups were a big waste of time
and then there was Susie, the family pug
she hated the puppies all over the rug
but as the days passed and the puppies all grew
they grew on the pug and the kitty cat, too
then one day the puppies all started to leave
they went to new families - their momma did grieve
the pug and the cat tried to comfort her then
saying 'you're the Best mom n our favorite fren!
just think of the happiness your pups will share
in their new homes, together with people who care!'
the momma dog thought, as she looked at her frens
and said to them 'family love never ends -
for whether we're near or we move far away,

today my momma took me to a place i'd never been
there were Lots of other dogs there, and a place we could run in
and no one had to wear a leash, or collar on their neck
we all just ran in circles, chased each other round like heck!
my momma said dis place, it has a name - is called 'DOG PARK'

i'm very tire now, mom takes me home - she's my Best fren ;)

’When I first meet Buddy the poor guy could barely walk/waddle without getting out of breathe. He hated the leash and refused to leave his owner’s side so I had to carry him down the street and force him to walk back. Now he loves his daily walks and can even run. So proud of Buddy!’

mouse she shivered, eyes open wide
but frog - he never left her side

but frog, so patiently, he stayed

and scooped them out - set them both free

i look back on the good times, and you always were the one
to treat me xtra special and the way you made things fun
that time you built a bridge for me to walk across the roof

that you considered me - a lowly cat - not Good but GREAT
for not just Any bridge would do - you built the Golden Gate!

'twas the day at the office the kit was in house
no body was working, not even the mouse
computers were hung up n nobody cared
the kitten - adorable! everyone stared
the workers took turns, passed the kitten around
their faces were joyful, was nary a frown
she purred n she mewed, put the office at ease
and while she was there she did nothing but please
alas the dear kitty did drift off to sleep
employees returned to their workload to keep
but i heard them exclaim, as the work clock ticked down -

’Meet Momo. She's an indoor cat who got lost outside and wound up in my backyard. She was there when I woke up at 6am, and she was still there when I got home from work 8 hours later, so I knew she was clearly either a stray or a lost pet. I took her to the vet to check for a microchip, secretly hoping she wouldn't have one, and after finding her owner I discovered that she was in fact in need of a new home, so I gladly agreed. ’I would roll out of bed and die’
she said 'a tiny house like this is where i wanna live!!'
i love her - she's my girlfriend - so i thought i'd try and give
the perfect home for both of us, one that we both could make
into our little love nest - but my God - what a mistake
seemed like a good idea, it was cheap and cute and charming
but when i tried the bed out, then i knew it was alarming
i knew i was in trouble when my head first hit the ceiling
my legs were way too long, and then both feet lost all their feeling
so tired and annoyed, i fell asleep there anyway
i don't recall what happened, until i woke up next day
it wasn't in my tiny house - the EMTS took action
transported me to hospital - entirely in traction
it seemed when i rolled over, well, my body hit the floor
the covers didn't stop me, so i rolled alittle more
my girlfriend said she screamed - she saw me right next to the edge
but that still didn't stop me, and i rolled right off the ledge
our dream home now is ruined, never more so cute and snug
(my X girlfriend got angry cuz i bled all on the rug . . .)
like a crazed cartoon coyote leaves his broken dead outline
the body shape broke thru the floor - and that body was mine
so keep your tiny houses, (and your girls that like them, too)
cuz Nothing EVER LIKE THIS FCKING HOUSE will EVER DO!

’This is Jack. He is a 13 year old sulcata tortoise. All of the tortoises get a soak every morning. Jack gets his in a large tote. When he is done he loves to come watch the babies splash around. Since then I've had to put the babies to soak on higher ground because he likes to stick his head in for a better look and the ridges on his shell knock the container over. The babies are not his.’

’Think about this. My dog does this sometimes. I questioned several times whether he was trying to tell me something specific. I tested several theories from food to playing to gas or thinking maybe he was just uncomfortable so tested that too. Turns out it's actually simpler. You know how you go to work every day and you spend the whole day worrying about paying the bills and not getting fired. You come home, clean the house, do the chores, do errands. Well, it occurred to me that maybe my pupper really **really** likes me. Turns out he does. I am his job, his worries, his hopes and his dreams. I am his entire life and I may need to socialize him more or he's going to have serious abandonment issues if I die...or go to the bathroom.’

they said i was cute n i made their heart melt
at first i was scare by the nervous frens there
some were complaining about all their hair
some like their coats long n did not want the cut
